The National Mirror Group (NMG), set up in May 2024, helps Cork, Dublin and Galway meet the EU Cities Mission. Led by the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, it brings together 26 organisations across government, academia and business to break down bureaucratic and technical barriers and coordinate national support toward net-zero emissions by 2030.

• Progress and action: Give cities a space to report progress and turn discussions into real action.
• Practical help: Support Climate City Contracts, funding applications and joint projects.
