Lithuania’s national context centres on the Lithuanian Green Municipalities Network, a voluntary, city-driven coordination space rather than a formal national platform, with Vilnius and Tauragė leading. The country has two Mission Cities — Tauragė and Vilnius — and its Country Action Plan is being developed for submission in future iterations.
