In the Netherlands, the National Support Structure Cities Mission (NSS) coordinates support for Dutch Mission and Mission-minded cities. Organised as an informal, city-led collaboration supported by national agencies and knowledge partners, with RVO providing coordination, it builds on existing national programmes rather than creating new formal structures.

• Governance: Maintain a flexible city-led platform aligned with the EU Mission.
• Networking: Expand collaboration between Mission Cities, Mission-minded cities and stakeholders.
• Implementation: Strengthen implementation support and access to funding, knowledge and monitoring.
