Italy’s ecosystem has developed organically among cities and technical actors, with a committed team including MUR, ENEA, CNR, UniBO and UniPA. The plan structures engagement through workstreams, coordination routines and roles to create a predictable, collaborative ecosystem, leveraging CapaCITIES 2.0 and the Let’sGov project for national exchanges.
