Portugal’s national platform, “Cidades pelo Clima”, is coordinated by IN+/IST as technical secretariat. The plan focuses on securing platform financing from the National Government (Environmental Fund) for 2026–2027, reinforcing the Consulting Council as the primary mechanism for multi-level cooperation, and supporting the National Label and mission-minded cities.
